Well I’m very excited to hear about your plans to relocate to Santa Barbara and open a new currie restaurant! That is wonderful! Santa Barbara is a beautiful area, as you well know, with a diverse cultural population that should appreciate your menu idea. I will inquire with a few property managers to see if there are any suitable commercial properties available. I will reply again via email, and hopefully be able to provide some responses from professional property managers that may be able to assist you. Do you have an idea of the size of the building you would like to lease? I am sure this is a question they will ask, or they may be able to provide a general response with an average price per square foot. Hi wander if you can help us myself, wife and 2 kids are looking to relocate from the UK England to Santa Barbara. We have been there a few times and love it there. We are looking to open a asian takeaway/fastfood doing curries from India. Can you perhaps help on some prices for premises for rental and any other bills a premises in the USA has associated with food. All help would be appreciated
